There is NO PARKING lot in Springleaf Tower for public. Nearest Carpark would be either International Plaza or the open carpark next to Singapore Conference Hall.
Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar Springleaf Tower is opposite International Plaza.
How to Register:
Simple click on the "REGISTER HERE" button below to register for your free health check
Under the Basic Package, Click "Book Now"
Select Book Your Appointment and on the next page Click "Next"
Sign in with your "GMAIL" or create an account with your preferred email provider
You will need to input your personal details for the registration and to confirm your appointment
Select Screening Location, Date (20th April 2024) and Select your preferred timing
Alternatively you can download the minmed app by scanning the QR code with your phone. In the App, key in the code "MSMVZD" to qualify for the free health check.
Registration Requirements:
Each participant must have a unique phone number and a unique email for registration.
No Fasting Required!
Scientific studies confirm no significant differences in blood cholesterol results between fasting and non-fasting states.
Diet Considerations:
While fasting is not necessary, consider light meals and moderate hydration prior to the screening. Light refreshment will be provided after you completion of your health screening
Medication Guidelines:
All medications are permitted except diabetic medication.
Age Limit:
Participants must be a minimum of 21 years old with no maximum age limit.

During registration, you have the option to choose a more comprehensive package. Certain tests (e.g., ECG, Ultrasound) for upgraded packages will be conducted off-site.
PS: Please note that any packages other than basic is payable on your own.
Post-Screening:
Minmed will provide your comprehensive report within 1-2 days through the Minmed app.
